Breads:

Cinnamon Raisin:
One of my all time favorite breads. Organic eggs and honey give this bread a soft and slightly sweet crumb. It's swirled out with brown sugar, organic plumped raisins, and organic Vietnamese cinnamon.

Cinnamon Swirl:
Same style bread as the Cinnamon Raisin, just made for those who prefer to go without raisins. 

Vermont Cheddar:
Chunks of Cabot's Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese rolled inside a soft Italian style bread. 

Firehouse:
Cabot's habanero and pepper jack cheese are rolled inside a soft Italian style bread with some dried hot pepper flakes. 

Cranberry Oatmeal:
Organic oats, organic whole wheat flour, bread flour and cranberries are combined to make this bread perfect for your eggs in the morning or your favorite fixings for lunch. 

Oatmeal:
Organic oats, organic whole wheat flour, and bread flour make this bread ready for anything you want to put on it. 

Focaccia:
Made a poolish pre-ferment, this bread can be enjoyed as is or grilled with eggplant, mozzarella, and pesto. 

Brewer's Bread:
This bread is made with leftover grains from the brewing process. It gives a soft texture to this Italian style sandwich loaf. A favorite for grilled cheese

Sunflower Seed Bread:
The sunflower seeds give this bread a slightly nutty taste. A soft interior with a flakey outer crust is simply amazing when toasted. 

Country White:
A classic white sandwich bread with a soft interior.  Perfect with jam, your favorite sandwich fixings, or along side your dinner. 

Raspberry Blueberry Lemon Brioche:
This soft enriched dough has a layer of organic raspberry jam, lemon curd, and blueberries spread in the middle and then braided. Great for breakfast or dessert. 

Apple Brioche: Seasonal pastry bread, made with apples from a local farm and a butter, cinnamon brown sugar spread. 

Irish Potato: Super fluffy and soft sandwich bread made with real mashed potatoes.

Whole Wheat: 100% whole wheat sandwich bread slightly sweetened with honey.

Finnish Coffee Bread: Cardamom spiced added to the dough is a perfect compliment to a cup of coffee or  tea. It's braided with a butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar spread. 

Chocolate Babka: If you ever watched Seinfield you would understand the desire to have a chocolate babka. Swirled with a chocolate mixture so delicious, it's almost too sinful.

Rye: Caraway seeds mixed into the dough gives you the classic flavor perfect for Reuben sandwiches, a fancy grilled cheese, or jam topped with a Ghetost Norwegian cheese. 

Tomato Basil: Summer time favorite, seasonal bread, loaded with blended local, organic tomatoes and basil.

Gluten Free: 1:1 Bob Red Mill's mix (rice flour blend), and offer varieties that include: Cinnamon Raisin, Cheddar, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Lemon Blueberry
